Our Story
All Home Building Co LLC was founded in 2013 by Serge Tkach, a Philadelphia native who grew up working with his hands and learning the building trades from the ground up. What started as weekend rowhome renovation projects in Port Richmond, Kensington, and Fishtown turned into a full-service general contracting company built on a simple principle: do good work for honest people.
The business grew entirely through word-of-mouth. One neighbor told another. One satisfied homeowner referred a friend across town. That organic growth meant everything had to be earned, and it still is. Today, All Home Building Co handles everything from cosmetic updates and single-room remodels to full gut rehabs and ground-up new construction.
With over 3,040 projects completed across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, the scale of work has changed, but the core values never have. Every project gets the same level of attention, communication, and craftsmanship that built this company from day one.
